On Tuesday, September 5th, 2017 we headed to Brown County & Green Bay to visit the Oneida Nation Museum followed by a visit and train ride at the National Railroad Museum. And we sampled some Leatherhead brew and food before relaxing at a recently opened Residence Inn. On Wednesday, September 6th we added another county to our explore list - Kewaunee County-"The Good Life on a Great Lake". We walked around Kewaunee & then visited the Von Stiehl Windery before heading north to Algoma. Algoma included our own Walking Tour of historic sites and murals with a very nice Italian lunch at Cafe Tiazo. And then our three night destination in Sturgeon Bay, Door County where we stayed at the Inn at Cedar Crossing with Anita and David. Our outdoor adventures included hiking on a rainy day within Potawatomi State Park (on the Ice Age Trail and the Tower Trail) and a sunny day trek at the Jim Maki Arboretum & John & Helen Collins Learning Center. In town dining highlights included Crate http://www.crate.restaurant/, root bistro & wine bar https://www.rootbistro.com/, and Del Santo Trattoria https://www.dalsantosrestaurant.com/ plus we attended the opening one person play (with audience participation) of "Every Brilliant Thing" at the TAP Theater http://thirdavenueplayhouse.com/tap-brings-every-brilliant-thing-stage/
