Luminous Journeys Japan 2020

Want to go on a Luminous Journey to Japan ? Follow the 12 Day Adventure of 12 photography enthusiasts from the far corners of the USA and the world. Led by world-class photographers and guides David Lazar http://davidlazarphoto.com/ and Frances Ansing https://www.francisansing.com/ we all shared the journey together - Lyndall & Roby (Australia), Benard and Vera (USA), Peggy (USA), Lee Ann (USA) Catherine aka Katie (UK, London/Kent), Caroline aka Cas (Ireland ) in Saudia Arabia & still on the move, my good friend from Madison - John Kalson and myself. The 20 person microbuses used throughout our journey were driven by the ever skillful and polite Jamie also serving as our restaurant and cultural guide. Here are images captured by myself with Canon gear and Samsung Galaxy S10 + with images contributed by others as we traveled. From the busiest crosswalk intersection in the world (the Scramble in Tokyo) to the loneliest Pine Tree in Northern Japan (Hokkaido) we embraced every moment while becoming better photographers and comfortable traveling companions.
