The 2011 IPFW Fine Arts Photography Class, one of six evening classes of the IPFW Certificate Program for Emerging Professional Photographers, under the instruction of Jim Gabbard embraces the evening light and backdrops of Wells Street, Ft. Wayne. Here Mandy Korchyk models for the class in the rapidly changing evening light of an urban backdrop. Photographer Notes: Portable studio lighting options included Canon Speedlite 580 EX with Rogue Flashbender attached, umbrella diffuser using Vagabond power and Alien Bees plus no flash options during suitable and mood light. Mandy's wardrobe changes matched the mood and backdrop lighting changes of the two hour shoot which included the historic Wells Street Bridge, the Police K-9 training grounds, Cloud 9 Bar exterior, an open doorway, and the Police and Firefighter's Memorial.
