Grandview Four Square Update for the New Year

An unusually mild December (in the 40s on December 11th, 2015) opened up the opportunity to secure water and electricity for the Four Square. The trench, partially begun with Mennonite trench diggers was nearing completion with heavy-duty equipment. The furnace had been installed; the sewer system buried with earth moving underway; LP tanks installed on the exterior. The Four Square is being prepared for winter interior progress with electricity, heat, water plus energy efficient windows and insulation in place - the basics, ready to go. On February 9th, 2016 I revisited the Four Square to document Jason's HVAC ductwork installation & a few days later revisited to watch the Shoemaker Brothers help level the house for additional duct-work and plumbing. On March 2nd,2016, I visited the Four Square to document the plumbing progress by Steve - plumbing pipes being installed from lower levels to upper levels. Outside, several inches of snow from the previous day's snowfall.
