On the clear blue sky morning of February 21st, 2023, between 10:30 AM & 11:30 AM; we captured the winter teams of Madison's Street Departments preparing for storms with brine, salt and sand. Details of Brine Truck # 3956 with driver and brine loading plus a series demonstrating the mixture of salt and sand for residential areas. Operations visit coordinated by Bryan Johnson.
