City of Madison: Getting Ahead of the Storms (Brine, Sand & Salt) 02.21.2023

On the clear blue sky morning of February 21st, 2023, between 10:30 AM & 11:30 AM; we captured the winter teams of Madison's Street Departments preparing for storms with brine, salt and sand.
