Wisconsin State Button Society Annual Show 2014

The Wisconsin State Button Society held its 2014 Annual State Show, July 10th thru the 12th, at the Ramada Hotel (The White House), 1450 Veterans Drive, Richland Center, WI 53581. Here's a photojournalism essay of the last day, Saturday morning the 12th as I met friends Lisa and Al Schulz. Lisa is President of the National Button Society and Al & Lisa work together with their own Button Images enterprise. Take a look at thousands upon thousands of buttons from centuries past and countries around the world made from a variety of materials - often with astounding handicraft and attention to detail. Everyone seemed to enjoy the camaraderie of being part of a world of buttons.
